We had a great experience at Birmingham Imports today. We were in a tough situation because my husband had just wrecked his truck, his rental coverage had ended, and he needed a vehicle to get to work literally this afternoon. The car we originally planned to look at wasn’t on the lot, but the salesman went above and beyond to help us quickly find another option. He was honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful—he even told us which vehicles he didn’t recommend, which we really appreciated. We ended up choosing a 2017 Chevy Equinox, and we’re very pleased with it. The whole process was fast, stress-free, and fairly priced. We were in and out quickly, and my husband was able to make it to work on time in his new vehicle. They also included a one-month warranty on the engine and transmission, which gave us even more peace of mind. Highly recommend Birmingham Imports for anyone needing a reliable vehicle and honest customer service! I would like to add that when our battery died 2 days after buying the car, the dealership was quick to offer to pay for the replacement. This customer service is so appreciated.

I bought this car back a few months ago. They were very kind and great people to work with while buying a car. I gave it some time before giving a review, respectfully. Beautiful car, great deal overall. The price was amazing for the value, Low miles too. They are very honest about what your car selection has gone through, with any previous issues or damage. I just took a long road trip with the family in my car, a 16 hour drive. No issues with my car whatsoever, it’s drove smoothly and great. It may just take some time to receive the Title from the actual title place, due to the transfer process. It took a few months for me To receive the title on mine. Other than that, everything was quick and great with the purchase process through this dealer. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a good car.
